About the Role

As a service technician at Solaris, you will be a central part of their service and repair network for electric buses in the Swedish market. The work involves handling high-voltage systems and 24V vehicle electricity. You will primarily work in customers' workshops but may also carry out assignments in the field as needed. The role offers great freedom to manage your workdays and requires independent work, with travel mainly in Skåne, starting from the headquarters/workshop in Malmö with a service vehicle.

Your main responsibilities include:

- Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics of electric buses

- Repair and maintenance of electrical, IT systems, mechanics, and pneumatics

- Commissioning and delivery inspections of new buses

- Collaboration with technical support in Sweden and the parent company in Poland

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in electric vehicles and technology, who has a desire to develop within an exciting and growing industry. To succeed in this role, you need to be social, flexible, and responsible. As you manage and plan your work, you must be able to prioritize and structure independently to ensure that tasks are completed within given time frames with high quality. At customer sites, you will collaborate with both technically skilled and less technically skilled individuals, which requires your ability to communicate and professionalism.

It is a requirement for the position that you have:

- Experience in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance work

- Experience working with electric vehicles is highly meritorious

- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

- A valid driver's license (D license is an advantage)

- Good computer skills

- Familiarity with seeking information and understanding written instructions

Extent: Full-time

Working hours: 07:00-16:00 Mon-Fri

Salary: By agreement
